1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to countries within the European Union (EU).

At this time, we do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, or any other country outside the European Union.

2. Shipping Costs

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the total value of your order:

Orders under €60.00: Standard Shipping fee of €5.95.

Orders of €60.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

European Union: 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since we ship from within the European Union to countries within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order.

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@thelastgoblin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these cases on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
